Checks Unlimited purchase question

I am trying to buy some checks and wanted to use a coupon code for I think $6.50 duplicate checks. I was ordering 2 boxes but it is coming up as $49.38. That's a lot more than $13. I went to the coupons list for that merchant, clicked on the one I wanted and proceeded to order. Now I'm down to the check out and it is giving me a much higher total. Am I doing it wrong?
