Question about tipping

We are doing the dining plan this may, there are a total of 6 of us going. My mom, brother, husband and our 2 kids. My question is at a TS will they add the tip to the bill? I suppose I should say that 1 of our kids is under 3, so no park ticket, no dining plan, no extra meal for her. So do we still count as 6 or as 5 since she is considered and infant, even though she is 2.

If you order her her own plate they will count that as six. Other wise it will be five. (I think)
