3 off the top of my head...

1) Stonyfield Farms Organic Greek Yogurt: 120 calories, 13g of protein, 0 g fat
2) Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast (Sam's Club): 110 calories, 20g of protein, 2.5 g fat
3) Premier Nutrition Protein Shake: 160 calories, 30g of protein, 3g of fat

It is hard to find foods that are both low in fat and calories and high in protein. I stopped looking at the fat content and I now focus on the calories and protein. If it is low-calorie, it will probably have an acceptable amount of fat in it because fat is high-calorie in general.

Here's my breakfast, which is both low-calorie and high-protein...

2 slices of turkey bacon (70 cal, 4 g protein)
2 egg whites (about 40 cal, 2 g protein)
1 slice fat-free American cheese (25 cal, 2 g protein)
1 cup Stoneyfield Farms Organic Greek Yogurt (130 cal, 13 g protein)
I also scramble about 1/4 cup of chopped, fresh spinach and some tomatoes into the eggs which has minimal effect on calories and protein, but adds some "bulk" to help fill me up.

It's a pretty decent breakfast for under 300 calories.

Sign up for the Hungry Girl newsletter. She is awesome with low fat high protein foods. I know a few things that she promotes is greek yogurt with fruit, lean deli slices on a pickle spear, egg mugs, etc.

La Tortilla Factory makes some great wraps that are low fat high in protein. You can add in some baked fish and make fish tacos.

Another thing I like is broccoli/rainbow slaw, 1 can of tuna, 1/4 cup of canned pineapple and some terriaki sauce (don't know why I can't spell that). This would work with shredded chicken too.

BBQ chicken wraps are good too. You make your diet coke chicken in the crockpot, shred a little up, mix in BBQ sauce and pineapple if you like and either eat on the low fat wrap or eat out the bowl as is. Also works on salads.
