Prayers for your brother and all who were affected by this tradgedy. I can't even imagine what it was like for those who were there that day or involved in the aftermath.8 years seems like a long time ago, yet 9/11 still seems like yesterday.

He's right that those of us who were not there will never understand what it was like. I can't imagine how some of those people did what they did and rebounded from it. I'm sure many of them are going through post traumatic stress issues to this day. I'm so sorry that your brother is among them.

Prayers for you and your brother. I think PTSS from this event is so wide spread-from those that were there that day to those that helped out shortly after to those that went to war after. Is he getting any type of therapy? I know it's not the same, but my BIL was 19 when he went to Afghanistan and now has PTSS and had a breakdown while stationed in England. I feel your pain at not being able to help. His therapy has helped him cope and begin healing and living a "normal" life. |
