    Default Following up on open Trouble Tickets

    What is the appropriate way to follow up on an open Trouble Ticket? Or is following up even necessary? I've got several old open ones, which I've just written off, but I also have a Kohls one from Christmas shopping that would be almost $5. It seems weird that it didn't credit because that merchant is usually really good.

    I would open an Account Question TT and reference the other tickets. If you have new information about any of them, that would help too.
