Tricia - Technical Problems & Playing Survey Bonus Contest

Hi Tricia!

As you may have noticed by the multiple threads popping up over the last few days, technical propblems (with Greenfield?) are preventing many of us from even attempting to get a survey. This is particularly galling during a month when there is a special survey bonus for completing one every day.

Is there anything you can do to either get Greenfield to fix this problem or accomodate people who are being shut out by this error message: "We apologize for your inconvenience. We are having some technical difficulties. Please check back later."

Unfortunately, we are at their mercy. I don't like it any more than you do because surveys make up about half of our income at SR. When members can't get surveys, we don't get paid.

They are doing what they can on their end. They have had some router issues and are supposed to have a system upgrade tentatively on the 15th. There are actually a lot of surveys out there. I think it's just a matter of getting in at the times of day when other websites are not sending as much traffic. That's the problem that is supposed to be fixed later this month.
