Had a good 5 mile run today. Tony went running outside so I jumped on the treadmill. He got home when I hit the 3 mile mark so I decided to go outside for the last 2 and glad I did!! The treadmill makes outside running feel so much easier to me! I was doing about 10:30 pace on the treadmill and outside I was at 9:40.
Tony just did his first half marathon on Thanksgiving Day and finished in 1:45! His pace was 7:45 which is just crazy to me!! I'm trying to find a local race for us to run together (10k or half) before I run the half at Disney. Had fun running the 5k with Daniel too!!
