Need DVC Points to buy

I need about 100 DVC points to complete the reservation plan I have. Does anyone have any they want to sell? I am looking at spending no more then $10 a point. Let me know. I really don't even know how buying points works. If they can transfer then into my account to add to mine type of thing.
