My Insider Deals offers?

i hope i am not breaking any rules by mentioning offer by name. I keep trying "My Insider Deal" offers like the "burger King vs Mcdonalds fries" offer. Every time I try one from MID it ends by saying something like "you do not qualify under the terms and conditions" I go through all of the pages and complete one of the required offers. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I used to be able to complete these offers and get credit from them. any suggestions?

I think those track by ip address, cookies, or e-mail, so I think they may have a limit as to how many you can do at one time.
