Thanks for your well wishes. Isabelle passed away last night, after one final hug with her favorite toys, in my arms. She was such a shadow of her former self, it was heartbreaking.
My house feels empty now with just one cat, but she was a blessing who came in at just the right time for us (we got her two weeks after my dad died, and I'm very certain he led her to us).
