Mine is still pending from 3/18. I don't think I have played since. I wonder if you have not played since the change, if it will remain processing????? Is that the case with some of you?

I haven't played since the changes and all of my cashouts have been converted back to points. My last cashout was on 3/31 for $25. I had three additional cashouts in the middle of March for $275 total.

This is the same day I cashed out and mine says it is still processing.

Was puttering around here tonight and this post reminded me to check out my account. I cashed out 3/13 and it still shows as processing. I played since then, last play was 5/11.

Went in and checked on my pending $50 ecount card today. Today it says it is expired. Never got double credits like a lot of people did, either. Not surprised, but gives me a final answer.

I had the same thing happen. Apparently the automatic refund of the double points did not happen to all of the accounts and they are going through them manually to fix them. I don't know if you even care, but if you do, you can email me your username and I can have them go in and fix your account.
