Can't get on Netwinner

Help! I keep getting this message.

Multiple game windows open at the same time is not permitted and is a violation of the terms of service.

My computer froze, and I had to exit out of all screens. When I went back through SR, I cannot get on again.

Any help?

Never mind....I just switched from firefox to internet explorer, and it is working.
