Ummm..What's With The Macy's Ad?

i just signed up for the netwinner games yesterday, so i'm still learning, but twice in the last 2-3 minutes my banko game has been replaced in the midst of the game by a macy's ad and when i click the back button, i'm taken to a new game, thus reducing the # of cards i have left to play. this didn't happen yesterday...can anyone tell me what's going on? this is the addy for the ad:

It's a known issue on their end that they need to fix. There's something with that ad that is screwing everything up.

Anyone else having a problem on netwinner with the Macy ad?? I just got it on Banko and lost the card I was doing.

Tricia explained what was happening with this a few posts above yours. It is being looked into by netwinner. They know it is happening and they are working on it. In the mean time there is nothing that you can do but keep trying to win. Good Luck!
