Error -- says I have more than one game open

But I don't. I have an older computer, the games take a lot of memory, and sometimes it just locks. I had to close everything. When I came back, it told me I was in violation of the terms of agreement, to click here if you think this an error. Every time it's happened before, clicking there solved problem, but it didn't this time. Any ideas? Am I now banned from the games b/c my computer is a dinosaur?

Sometimes I have this happen. Normally I have to shut all Internet browsers down and sometimes clear cookies to get it "reset". I have a new computer if that makes you feel any better. I've never been banned so I wouldn't worry about that.

Just noticed this post.

This has happened to me twice, and both times there's a link to click on that basically tells them that you're saying it's an error, or they are wrong, or something like that. Both times it just lets me back in to play, no problems.
