MTC Long and My View Did not credit

Good evening,
I am not sure where to put this but I just cmpleted the My View (.60) and the MTC Long Surver (1.15) in today's daily nine survey list and neither of them showed as completed nor did it give me any credit for them. Again, this is the first time I have ever had an issue with my surveys crediting so I am not even sure if I am letting you know about this in the correct place. Please feel free to move this request to the proper place or let me know where or tho whom I should contact. TIA

It sometimes happens.
Did you clean your history and cookies before you started your survey's?
I can be on a really good roll, getting credit, then I can go 2-3 days and I'll do like 6 survey's and only get credit for one.
It does happen. Sometimes a survey will determin you did the survey to fast or too slow or there was a question in the survey, like "select all 3's in this row or click on "disagree". It does happen.
