Sign Up Question

A friend of mine signed up some time ago on SR and never really did anything. She tried to sign up under me, but it never showed on my referrals. Anyway, several years have passed, her demographics have changed ~ married, baby ~ and she wants to give SR another try. When she tries to sign up, it says her e-mail already exists. But when she asks for her password to be re-sent, it says she isn't registered. Anyone know of a way to help?

If she just wants to start fresh under your account, she can use another email address. If she wants to reopen her old account, she just needs to email me and I can do that.
