help! cannot get past the code screen

What am i doing wrong? I signed up yesterday and played some. Later I went back to play some more. When i logged in I had to go thru many, many codes before it would let me in. Now again I am having the same problem. It takes my email, password and then i fail the code part multiple times.

the letters appear to be CAPs so i try it, no go. small case, no go. space between each letter/number, as that is how it appears and sometime no space.

Anyone else have this much trouble getting in?

I had trouble earlier today. It kept telling me I had the wrong code!! I just shut down the window and came back an hour later. It's been fine since.

I have this problem EVERY time I play from home. It's really frustrating. But if I try from work, I get straight in every time! I've gotten to where the last couple days I just play whatever I can at work and don't bother at home.

I am having a problem with the game loading, it takes a looooong time. Then when I try to play Banko I get a connection error and I have to start the whole process over, if I don't give up. On the money wheel I can usually get a few spins in and then it will freeze up.

So does anyone have any advice on maybe why this is happening, could spysweeper be blocking this?

I've had that problem in the past. I never used spaces and I always use caps and that usually works. I think it gets a bit persnickity occasionally
