    You're welcome!! Tricia has really helped me get up to speed quickly so that I can get the tickets taken care of for you guys. I'm trying to get them done as quickly as possible. I don't want anyone to have to wait for an answer when it comes to credits!! Thanks for letting me know that I am doing a good job!!

    Thank you, Angie, and Cindy, and Tricia for FINALLY getting me my shopping credit from early January. For some reason, that particular company, although nice, is very difficult to get credit from. Your persistence was very much appreciated......and Cindy's phone calls were very persuasive!
