Can I cash out with paypal on the 31st of this month, to get it at the end of November? Or is it the last *business* day?

Want to make totally sure! I mean, I think I know this, I would tell anyone else "yep, the last day, not last business day", but here we are and I am not 100% sure.

Now if only the 31st this year were on Monday, to get all of the weekend's Daily Survey credits!

Now that's weird, I would have sworn I replied! Hmm.

Yep, December trip here, too! No cruise like you, though...

And when I replied, or THOUGHT I replied, it made me realize that I would need to cash out by 9pm my time, not midnight my time. Glad I replied, or, thought I replied....
