Just gotta say - SR customer service rocks! I submitted two TTs this week (I have probably had less than 15 TTs in three years at SR, so this was odd). Tricia has researched them and submitted them to the merchants for credit. Even if they don't ultimately come through, I really appreciate that she takes the time to check them out and gives us an avenue to pursue credits that don't come automatically. It makes me feel appreciated and valued as a member that SR goes to bat for us with the merchants.
