I was on the DISboard this morning and saw this question. Not sure how to respond. Thought some of those in the know might be able to help her.

Hi Everyone - I've seen a bunch of posts about Sunshine Rewards so I went on and signed up - or tried too. It said I was already a member so I must have signed up a long time ago and forgot. I've sent several emails to request my password so I can start again and I've had no response.

Can anyone tell me how to get a hold of them so I can get my established password?

I am on the plane now but will get back with her this afternoon. I don't know what is up but in the last week I have had at least 10 people email us wanting to reactivate old accounts.

I did post that you have been out at a conference and she would probably hear something soon.

Regarding the emails, maybe the word is spreading and people are seeing how great it is here!

The thread on the Budget board, really had some positive posts, and many said they want to give it a try, or come back. It was so tempting to say, here is my referral, but it's such a no, no. Sure hope it generates lots of new members for you.
