I've been booed and can't show it

Help,
I been booed and can't show it. I do everything it said (at least i thought i did) and just when i think i have it. I go to check it and all there is is a red x in a box. What am i doing wrong. Thanks for any help you can give me. And i'm so excited i go booed and can't even show it.
