What is the Post Card rate these days I still have 50 post cards pre paid from before the rate hike was it also 2cents? Got them for the year of a million dreams entries but never got to mailing any of them!

I read the rules and it said to put the paper with your info on it in an envelope. So I don't know if you can use postcards.

I sent in some postcards for the YOMD and I have one set of ears and 2 lanyards!!
