It does give me the $10 off, but not the free shipping. Cindy, can you help?

Theres a block that shows everything they have that ships free, you will need to make sure you are picking on an item from that block. Theres a lot in the 50.00 price range (and under). Only certain items are eligible for FS, not sure why. HTH.
