I did it earlier today but I haven't seen credit yet. Im not suprised though because I expected it to take a day or so. I am stocking up and trying some new cookbooks because I am a terrible cook and I just cant seem to find recipes that we will like and that I can prepare. I did this one and the Good Cooks one. Hopefully this will help me

I did it yesterday and no credit yet, either. I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. I'm really excited about getting all these new cookbooks. I love to cook and am always looking for new things to try.

Janet -- did you do the Good Cooks book club? That's another good one!

I got this one because it seemed like a little bit fancier foods. The books I ordered through Good Cooks were mostly Southern recipe and family recipe books. Good old hearty meals. This one looks more like stuff you could get in a nice resteraunt. I'd like to be able to do those types of meals sometimes. Im limited right now to cajun dishes like Gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp stew, crab and corn bisque or dishes from my youth like beef stew, spaghetti and meatballs, prok chops. It will be nice to have some variety.

I so know what you mean. My guys like to eat the same way. Which it is good but to me gets old real quick!! Especially if you are the one having to cook it all the time!!
