I made a mistake

HELP!!

I must have lost my mind or something. I went to do the Super Member Survey just now but did the regular survey instead. I didn't realize that I did the wrong survey until I got the congrats page at the end. My husband usually does the the regular survey and I do the Super Member. Is there anything that can be done to delete the survey or whatever. He did not do the survey today. I do not want to cause any problems with Greenfield. I am so so sorry.
