Has anyone had the shipping charge applied to their credit card yet? I signed up for the offer on 5/28, but haven't seen a charge or received a confirmation e-mail.

I signed up for this one on 5/28 also.

I haven't gotten a sign-up e-mail from them, and my credit card hasn't been charged for the shipping yet, do you think it worked?

I just got the side dish brain juicer too. I worked all the way through the survey for 30 minutes, the progress indicator said 98%, then I got a message that said they had already filled the quota...

I had the same survey too, and it ended with the white screen.

Just placed my order and had the credit show up on my account almost immediately! Now I'm getting a little closer to filling some Easter baskets!
