Of course I don't have the email confirmation. But I have comfirmations when they send movies on my email and netflix says pending on my account. What do I do? Thanks.

How do I fill out a Netflix trouble ticket? The offer has said pending for over 3months. I joined in Begining of August and am well into my membership.

I haven't been on lately, I've been so busy afetr our Dsiney trip with DD's school and DS activities as well as painting some rooms in our house. ANyway I joined Netflix back in the begining...

Anyone know why Netflix takes so long to credit? I joined back in the begining of August and still is pending. I'm even in my paid month. Do you think they just forgot? Thanks,
