Cindy, i can't get cheryl & co coupon to work :(

Here's the coupon I'm trying to use for Cheryl & Co:

Save $10 on your purchase of $50 or more plus Free Shipping - Use Code YK, expires 12.31.08! 31-Dec-2008

It does give me the $10 off, but not the free shipping. Cindy, can you help?

Theres a block that shows everything they have that ships free, you will need to make sure you are picking on an item from that block. Theres a lot in the 50.00 price range (and under). Only certain items are eligible for FS, not sure why. HTH.

Thanks, Cindy. I was a bit confused by the coupon. It just said free shipping using it.

I am ordering a couple of gifts..........but now will have to change to free shipping gifts. I would have spent almost $15 in shipping charges if I didn't click out of my order.
