how long to get approved for Super member forum?

Hi, I was just wondering how long it takes to get approved for the super Member forum? I sent in a request over a week ago....thanks!

at the beginning of the quarter its usually pretty quick, 24 hrs or so.

Tricia has been away so that is probably the reason for the delay.
