I did this and according to their website they send these out same day. I paid via paypal and haven't received an email that they have even shipped it out. I sent them an email and haven't received a reply. Do you have any other info on this at all or what my next step should be?

I've already forwarded it to them and they keep emailing me every few days to let me know that they are still waiting on an answer. As soon as I hear something positive, I'll let you know. I will also be seeing them in New York this weekend.
