strange e-mail regarding redemption

I hope this is the right place to ask this and that someone can help me.

I had an email that was mostly gibberish but said that the email address had fatal errors. It was about my Disney gift card submission.

I don't care if there's a problem with my email address (it was yahoo) but want to be sure I'll still get my Disney card. The email had my name and address so hopefully nobody hacked my account and is getting my card.

Any advice?

I have no answers for you, but I would open up a trouble ticket and copy and paste the message in for the SR staff to see. Good luck.

Did it happen to say anything about a template missing or anything like that?

It's possible that if you are part of the new beta testing that the email templates are still a little bit off. Those are the things that we really want to test and get fixed this week!

It does look like cashouts are working fine, but I definitely don't want weird emails going out!

Tricia, can you see if I cashed out yesterday for a $25 card? That's the main thing I care about. :D

I get that e-mail every time I redeem, and I have had no issues with it getting delivered.

I only started getting these when I had to switch over to Yahoo for my e-mail. I never got any notice on my old e-mail carrier.

I have sent this whole thread to SG as well to see if he can figure out why yahoo doesn't like those particular emails.
