Big Fish coupon for 1st time users only

I tried to use the coupon listed for Hidden Expedition Everest but on the Big Fish checkout page it said "Sorry, this coupon code is valid for first-time customers only and can only be used on the purchase of a standard version game." when I tried to purchase it.

I didn't see that it was only for 1st time users anywhere on the SR page but I guess it must be. I think I am done with Big Fish Games. The last two games I bought I have been unable to get to work on my netbook and the last game I bought I still haven't seen a credit for.

That makes me angry because they specifically told us that it was available for anyone. :(
