Cancelled order
I had a horrible experience with an SR merchant at Christmas. They cancelled my order ... twice, the second time really close to Christmas! The thing is I got credit for both orders. I had assumed it would be recalled at some point, but it hasn't. Do I file a trouble ticket or what?

It was Fanatics. I've ordered from them several times and been very pleased, but this time around was a comedy of errors.

That's disappointing to hear. They are usually one of our very best to work with. I'm going to follow up on this.
I can say that they are one that does reverse the credits within the next month or two when things get cancelled but it is a manual process on our end because of the network they are on. I will keep my eye out for it though.
