    I wonder if it's iodized salt in the jerky, probably not and we only use sea salt at home and that's probably not iodized either? I'm not too worried about it, I won't eat it constantly, although I could because I love it!

    Just in case anyone is interested, this is from Amazon, its probably as low sodium as you will find without making your own since sodium is used to preserve the jerky. Maybe if a couple people are interested they can split it.

    I tried the beef jerky.....it was ok. Chewy and had a lot of protein. I'm going to keep looking for a brand that is lower in sodium. Having it as my snack did satisfied my afternoon cravings.
