Heres the diet, very simple, and after a couple weeks, you can vary it up a bit, but still stay in the parameters. ALL MEALS ARE IMPERATIVE FOR IT TO WORK. Breakfast Choice of one a. Hard boiled egg and slice of low fat cheese b. Whole grain toasted loaded with thick layer of peanut butter c Apple with low fat granola bar 10:30 Snack Choice of one a. Handful of mixed nuts (not peanuts and no honey roasted) b. Plain beef or turkey jerky, unlimited c. One stick of Part skim mozzarella cheese stick Lunch HUGE salad with cold cuts like turkey, chicken, ham (not honey) or tuna and a low carb dressing (any dressing that does not have corn syrup in it is ok) 2:30 Snack Choice of one of the snacks from above Dinner (no later then 7:00 preferred) Anything you want....but 1/2 plate....in other words, fill your plate like normal, then eat only half of it. No snacking at night. No artificial sweetners except Stevia.
